Just one year after it was launched in 2010, Canadian Couch Potato was selected by The Globe and Mail as the best investing blog in Canada. Dan’s feature writing in MoneySense won a National Magazine Award (Silver) in 2014, and he has been nominated for seven other NMAs since 2010. He was named Journalist of the Year by the CFA Society of Toronto in 2013 and again in 2017, and he received the TSX Private Markets Award for Outstanding Internet Presence at the Wealth Professional Awards in 2015.
